本文在简要介绍英国的“低碳建筑计划”的基础上,有针对性地对一些单体住宅翻新案例进行了分析,着眼于翻新过程中小规模能源技术的运用,具体包括了太阳能热水系统、太阳能光伏技术、地源热泵、空气源热泵、风力发电技术、木质燃料供热、小型水力发电技术等。希望其中一些经验能够对国内的相关项目,尤其是农村住宅改建项目有所启示。 Based on a brief introduction of British “Low-Carbon Building Plan”, this paper analyzes some cases of single-family residential refurbishment, focusing on the application of small-scale energy technologies in the process of refurbishment, including solar hot water System, solar photovoltaic technology, ground source heat pump, air source heat pump, wind power generation technology, wood fuel heating, small hydropower technology and so on. I hope some of these experiences can inspire relevant projects in China, especially rural residential reconstruction projects.
