民间慈善组织近几年在我国得到了飞速的发展,扮演着愈来愈来重要的角色。由于我国民间慈善组织处于发展的初期,各种问题困扰着它的发展。文章以“壹基金”为例,指出民间慈善组织在发展的过程中遭遇到的法律、制度、信任方面的困境,提出从加强诚信建设、规范相应制度、完善法律法规等方面,探讨解决我国民间慈善组织问题的方法。
In recent years, non-governmental charitable organizations have achieved rapid development in our country and have played an increasingly important role. As China’s non-governmental charitable organizations are in the early stages of development, various problems plague its development. This article takes “One Foundation ” as an example to point out the dilemma of the legal, institutional and trust civil charitable organizations encountered in the process of development, and puts forward that it should be explored in terms of strengthening integrity construction, standardizing corresponding systems and perfecting laws and regulations Ways to solve the problem of folk charity in our country.
