本文在光镜下观察了62例人胎及2例新生儿的视网膜。胎龄8~9周色素上皮从假复层柱状演变成单层立方状,厚度变薄。原始神经上皮首先分化为外神经母细胞层和内神经母细胞层。在内、外神经母细胞层间曾出现Chievitz层,但此层于10~11周时消失。节细胞从10~11周开始,从内神经母细胞层往内迁移。12~13周时,可分辨节细胞层,内网层及神经纤维层。11~14周视锥细胞的前身出现,并排列在外神经母细胞层的最外一行。视杆细胞、外网层和内核层则于15~20周时形成。全文对视网膜的分层及细
In this paper, under the light microscope, 62 cases of human fetal and 2 newborn retinas were observed. 8 to 9 weeks gestational age pigmented epithelium evolved from the pseudostratified column into a single cuboidal shape, thinning. The primary neuroepithelium first differentiates into the outer neuroblast layer and the inner neuroblast layer. Chievitz layer appeared between the outer neuroblasts, but this layer disappeared at 10-11 weeks. The cells start from 10 to 11 weeks and migrate inward from the inner neuroblasts. 12 to 13 weeks, can distinguish between the cell layer, the inner layer and the nerve fiber layer. Eleven to 14 weeks old cones appear, and are arranged in the outermost layer of the outer neuroblasts. Rod cells, outer layer and the inner layer of the nucleus formed in 15 to 20 weeks.
