本文以武汉市万松小区12#楼连续9年沉降观测及汉口城区15km~2高程控制点联网检测结果为例,对万松小区12#楼等6栋住宅楼几乎在同一时期出现突发性沉降以及万松小区局部地区产生地面沉降现象进行了分析。进而提出在建筑密集、巨厚淤泥软土分布的城市工程水文地质环境质量极差的地区,在这一特定条件下,不能采用大面积、大幅度、长时间持续降低地下水位的方法。并提出开展深埋基岩的城市高程基准点工程和对武汉市工程、水文地质环境质量进行小区划的建议。
This paper takes the 9-year settlement observation of No. 12 building of Wansong Community in Wuhan City and the 15km~2 elevation control point of Hankou City as an example. The six residential buildings such as 12# building in Wansong Residential Area suddenly appeared suddenly at the same time. Settlement and land subsidence in some areas of Wansong Community were analyzed. Further, it is proposed that in areas with extremely poor hydrogeological environmental quality in urban areas with dense construction and large silt and soft soil distribution, under this particular condition, large-scale, large-scale and long-term continuous reduction of groundwater levels cannot be adopted. A proposal was also made for the development of urban base elevation engineering for deep-buried bedrock and for the planning of the hydrological and geological environment in Wuhan.
