为了提高机械系统的整机可靠性 ,对机械系统的机构动作故障及其关联失效实现有效控制 ,在该领域对动作可靠性惟象研究基础上 .在机构动作可靠性机理、失效模式、故障危害及其失效控制方面作了初步探讨 ;通过失效机理研究 ,借助集合理论 ,从广义变形研究出发 ,由Gershgorin圆盘定理及通过变形设计和组合加工对引起特征值病态的像集合中的非线性改造为线性后 ,提出的包容模型 ,实施以装配状态和实际使用状态为目标的变形控制方法 ,对曲柄连杆机构的实际应用表明 :能够有效控制其可靠性及其关联失效
