目的:制备茵芍平肝颗粒并建立其质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对栀子进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量。色谱柱为ThermoODS-2Hypersil(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流速为0.8mL·min-1,流动相为乙腈-水(17∶83),检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃。结果:在TLC色谱中能检出栀子。芍药苷的线性范围为0.2105~1.1367mg·mL-1(r=1.0000,n=5),平均回收率为97.6%(RSD为1.2%,n=6)。结论:制备方法简便、可行;所建标准可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To prepare Yinzhi Pinggan granules and establish its quality control standards. Methods: TLC method was used to qualitatively identify the wolfberry fruit, and high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of peoniflorin. The column was ThermoODS-2Hypersil (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm), the flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (17:83), the detection wavelength was 230nm, and the column temperature was 30°C. Results: Tweezers were detected in the TLC chromatogram. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.2105-1.1367 mg·mL-1 (r=1.0000, n=5), and the average recovery was 97.6% (RSD was 1.2%, n=6). Conclusion: The preparation method is simple and feasible. The standard can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
