层压机的加热温度是保证太阳能电池组件质量的关键参数。为解决目前现有工作台的加热系统对工作台表面温度均匀性控制不够精确、易在电池内部产生气泡、影响产品质量和使用寿命的问题,设计了一种混合控温太阳电池组件层压机加热系统,系统由油电混合加热系统、油温自动测控系统和温度设定与显示系统等组成,其基本原理是利用电热丝对工作台进行加热,同时利用油液作为导热介质进行加热温度补偿,从而使加热均匀性得到有效控制,其温度均匀性控制精度可达±1.2℃以内。“,”The heating temperature of laminator is the key parameter to guarantee the quality of solar modules. In order to solve problems of the poor heating control precision and the temperature heterogeneity of the table surface by the hesting system,easy produ-cing of air bubles inside the cell and effecting service life and quality of products,a kind of hybrid temperature-control heating system of solar cell module laminator was designed. The system was consisted of the oil-electron hybrid heater,the oil temperature automatic measurement and control system,the temperature setting and display system,and other components. The basic principle of the system is to heat the work table by the electric heater,and uses the oil as a heat conduction medium for the temperature compensation,which can make the heating uniformity with effective control,and its control precision is reached within ± 1.2 ℃.
