目的:通过对医院业务总收入的分析,掌握医院住院人数、门诊人次的增减对医院业务收入总额变动的影响,分析人均费用对医院收入总额变动的影响程度,以加强医院管理,更好地评价医院的社会效益和经济效益。方法:利用因素分析法对某医院的业务收入变动因素进行分析。结果:医院的业务收入增加或减少主要受门诊和住院工作量及门诊和住院人均费用的影响。某医院2011年业务总收入比2010年增加37 300.90万元,增长20.76%,其中,因工作量增加而提高的业务总收入为25 060.44万元,增长了11.21%;因人均费用增加而提高的业务总收入为1 240.46万元,增长了8.58%。结论 :工作量的增加是促使医院业务总收入提高的积极因素,也是医院业务总收入增加的最主要因素;人均费用的增加是医院业务总收入提高的因素之一,但不是主要因素。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the impact of the per capita expenses on the change of total hospital income by analyzing the total income of hospital business, mastering the influence of the increase and decrease of the number of inpatients and outpatients on the total income of hospitals, and to strengthen the hospital management and better Evaluation of the hospital’s social and economic benefits. Methods: Factor analysis was used to analyze the factors of change of business income in a hospital. Results: The increase or decrease of hospital operating income was mainly due to the workload of outpatient and inpatient hospitalization and per capita hospitalization and hospitalization expenses. The total business income of a hospital in 2011 increased by 373.090 million yuan or 20.76% over 2010, of which, the total business income increased by 25.604 million yuan due to the increase in workload was up by 11.21%; the increase due to the increase in per capita expenses The total business income was 12,446,600 yuan, an increase of 8.58%. Conclusion: The increase of workload is the positive factor to promote the total income of the hospital and the most important factor to increase the total income of the hospital. The increase of the per capita cost is one of the factors to increase the total income of the hospital, but not the main factor.
