为研究混凝土-砖砌体组合托换梁的受剪性能,制作了2种不同组合形式、3种不同连接筋间距共7根混凝土-砖砌体组合托换梁进行静载试验。试验研究表明,组合托换梁构造可靠,混凝土梁与砖砌体可保持良好的整体性共同工作。根据桁架-拱模型,推导了混凝土-砖砌体组合托换梁的受剪承载能力计算公式。基于现行规范的混凝土梁斜截面受剪承载力计算公式,提出了混凝土-砖砌体组合托换梁受剪承载力简化计算公式。理论公式与简化公式计算得到的结果与试验实测值均吻合较好,且简化公式计算简单、方便,可适用于工程实践。
In order to study the shear performance of the concrete-brick masonry composite underpinning beam, two different combinations were made. The static load test of seven concrete-brick masonry combined replacement beams was carried out with the spacing of three different connecting ribs. Experimental studies show that the combination of caretaker beam structure is reliable, concrete beams and brick masonry can maintain a good overall work together. According to the truss-arch model, the formula of shear bearing capacity of concrete-brick masonry truss is deduced. Based on the existing formula for calculating the shear strength of oblique section of concrete beam, a simplified formula for calculating the shear strength of the concrete-to-brick composite girder replacement beam is proposed. The calculated results of the theoretical formula and the simplified formula are in good agreement with the experimental values, and the simplification of the formula is simple and convenient and can be applied to engineering practice.
