1996年初,四川长虹集团在市场竞争中独树一帜,率先挂起了降价牌,其彩电主要品种分别降价200-800元,一次性降价幅度之大前所未有,并因此而引发了一场激烈的商战.商战带来了一系列连琐反应,引起了经济界、管理界人士的普遍关注,“商战会不会有损于民族工业”等问题不容回避地摆到了我们面前.理论研究的结果显示,这种商战是经济发展过程中的自然现象,是经济规律在市场经济条件下的客观反映,有其客观必然性.既然如此,正确认识这种客观必然性就显得尤为重要.
