目的:观察止血-8味散等蒙药联合西医常规疗法治疗过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月至2015年1月期间我院收治的过敏性紫癜患者100例,随机分为观察组50例与对照组50例。对照组行西医常规治疗;观察组患者在此基础上联合止血-8味散进行治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为100%、78%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6个月随访观察组与对照组复发率为4%与20%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止血-8味散联合西医常规治疗过敏性紫癜临床效果显著,复发率低,优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of hemostatic-8-flavored Mongolian medicine combined with Western conventional therapy in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura. Methods: One hundred patients with allergic purpura admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group was treated routinely with Western medicine. The observation group was treated with hemostasis-8 combined with Wei San, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 100% and 78%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The 6-month follow-up observation group and control group recurrence rates were 4% and 20%, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Hemostatic-8 combined with Western medicine conventional treatment of allergic purpura clinically significant effect, low recurrence rate, superior to Western medicine alone.
