本文通过分析浸没熔炼生产工艺流程以及对专家优化控制系统的要求,重点论述了专家优化和控制回路的设计思想.该系统的研究成功为推动有色金属工业自动化技术的发展,促进浸没熔炼技术早日应用大规模的实际生产,具有十分重要的作用.
In this paper, by analyzing the production process of immersion melting and the requirements of experts to optimize the control system, the design ideas of expert optimization and control loop are mainly discussed. The successful research of this system plays an important role in promoting the development of non-ferrous metal industrial automation technology and promoting the large-scale actual production of immersion melting technology as soon as possible.
