本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以吉林体育学院拳击专业的学生为主体开展调查研究,攻从心里、距离和节奏几方面对主动进攻进行探讨。主动进攻是拳击运动员的高级技术,最能体现运动员进攻的能力,同时也是“以攻为主、灵活多变”的拳击技战术指导思想的体现。找出在主动进攻中所需要的重要条件,为拳击爱好者在训练实践中提供理论依据,以提高其拳击的技术水平。 Through literature research, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, this article takes the boxing professional students in Jilin Physical Education Institute as the main body to carry out the investigation and research, and discusses the active attack from the aspects of heart, distance and rhythm. Active attack is a boxing athlete’s advanced technology, which can best reflect the athlete’s ability to attack. At the same time, it is also a manifestation of the boxing tactics and guiding ideology of “attacking and flexible”. Find out the important conditions needed in active attack, provide theoretical basis for boxers in training practice to improve the technical level of their boxing.
