当2005年新年钟声敲响的时候, 焦作市电业局“2004年度工会工作问卷调查”活动也于2005年元月4日上班的第一天圆满结束,在这次问卷工作中,焦作市电业局工会把全年工作归纳为20 大项,请职工无记名对工会工作进行满意度测评,使职工在全年对工会工作的测评达到6次之多。职工们在逐渐习惯了这种测评活动的同时,感到这种参与职工广泛、测评内容广泛、测评形式无记名的评“家”的活动,有效地维护了职工的表达权。
