目的探讨犬颈部梭形动脉瘤行自体颈外静脉包裹治疗术后的形态学特征和血流动力学变化,为临床评价自体静脉包裹治疗梭形动脉瘤的效果提供实验依据。方法采用高频超声检测自体静脉包裹治疗犬颈部动脉瘤过程中,不同时间段包裹动脉瘤腔、吻合口和载瘤动脉的内径、血流速度以及阻力指数,并与未包裹动脉瘤相对照。结果高频超声可清晰地显示包裹动脉瘤腔、瘤壁、包裹层的变化以及吻合口、瘤腔、载瘤动脉之血流动力学改变。与数字减影血管造影(DSA)结果一致。结论自体静脉对实验性梭形动脉瘤进行包裹治疗后,早中期可一定程度上维持动脉瘤血管的通畅性,远期效果有待观察,超声可作为动态检测的最佳方法。
Objective To investigate the morphological features and hemodynamic changes of fusiform neck aneurysms after autologous external jugular vein wrapping in order to provide experimental evidence for the clinical evaluation of the effect of autologous vein wrapping on the treatment of fusiform aneurysms. Methods High-frequency ultrasonography was used to detect the internal diameter, blood flow velocity and resistance index of aneurysm cavity, anastomosis and parent artery in different time periods during the treatment of cervical aneurysms with autologous vein. Compared with non-wrapped aneurysms . Results High-frequency ultrasound clearly showed the changes of aneurysm cavity, tumor wall and envelopment, as well as hemodynamic changes of anastomosis, tumor cavity and parent artery. Consistent with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) results. CONCLUSION: After the autologous vein is wrapped in the experimental fusiform aneurysm, the patency of the aneurysm can be maintained in the early and mid-term. The long-term effect remains to be seen. Ultrasound can be used as the best method for dynamic detection.
