横纹肌肉瘤(Rhabdomyosarcoma)乃是具有高度恶性的肿瘤,占全肉瘤的15～20%,多发生于下肢肌肉,发生于鼻腔、鼻窦者极为罕见。现将我们遇到三例作简要介绍,供同道参考。症例报告例一:辛某,女,10岁,鸡西人,住院号245314。1974年9月5日入院。主诉:左鼻翼生一肿块二年。两年前发现左鼻前庭生一肿物如黄豆大,无何自觉症状,继之同侧鼻翼隆起、微痛,在当地曾用各种药物治疗无效。我院门诊病检:未分化癌,经放疗肿物明显缩小,放疗后三个月发现
Rhabdomyosarcoma (Rhabdomyosarcoma) is a highly malignant tumor that accounts for 15 to 20% of all sarcomas and occurs in the muscles of the lower extremities.
