正确的跑步锻炼有益于健康、测定跑步前、中后的心率,可以帮助跑步爱好者及时了解自己的身体状况,解决跑步中的困惑,做到适当运动。按跑步前已确定的指标心率去跑步,是控制好运动强度行之有效的方法。心率在跑步过程中,反映了跑步的强度、性质、能量代谢和氧气消耗、乳酸积累及机体的疲劳与恢复等等。因此,我们可利用心率做为跑步的计量标准,以控制跑步的强度、密度和量,使跑步锻炼实现科学化,达到最佳效果。
