课改已进行多年,课改的先进理念应该说已经很深入人心。不是出现了许多公开课、示范课吗?上课很精彩,而且一年比一年有提高。但是,作为校长,我最关心的是家常课,如果平平常常的老师能够在平平常常的日子里上出像模像样的家常课,那才是学生之大幸,家长之大幸,学校之大幸,校长之大幸!这不是小问题,从各国的课改经验来看,也屡屡出现这样的提高与普及的瓶颈问题,问题的成因有很多,在我看来最根本的是旧的模型没有真正打破,新的模型没有真正形成。人们总是习惯走老路
The curriculum reform has been carried out for many years. The advanced concept of curriculum reform should be said to have been deeply rooted in people’s minds. Didn’t there have been many open classes and demonstration classes? Classes are wonderful and have improved year after year. However, as headmaster, I am most concerned about home-based classes. If mediocre teachers can take a well-deserved home-school class on mediocre days, then it is the student’s fortune. The parents are fortunate, the school’s fortunate, the principal. Fortunately, this is not a small problem. Judging from the experience of curriculum reforms in various countries, this bottleneck problem of improvement and popularization has frequently appeared. The causes of the problem are many. In my opinion, the most fundamental is that the old model has not really broken. The new model did not really form. People are always used to walking the old road
