由于西红柿茎秆粗而韧性强,用于切割西红柿茎秆的往复式切割器与切割稻麦用的往复式切割器相比,很多参数都不同,为了找到影响西红柿茎秆切割的因素,笔者利用自行研制的室内试验台,按喂入方式调整电机转速,对切割所需的扭矩、功率消耗进行测量,利用扭矩、功率与作用力3者之间的关系,推算出作用力,利用方差分析法确定所需扭矩、功率与切割作用力的显著性因素,并由试验得出切割时电机的最佳转速,以保证收获机的最佳切割质量。
