四苯基卟啉羰基钌(RuTPPCO)可以作为红光掺杂材料制备有机电致发光器件,采用的器件结构为[ITO/CuPc/NPB/Alq3:RuTPPCO/LiF/Al](Alq3=三(8-羟基喹啉)铝).其中Alq3:RuTPPCO的共沉积膜作为发射层.实验结果表明在发射层中存在着从Alq3到RuTPPCO的能量传递.通过改变掺杂层中RuTPPCO的浓度来考察器件的性能.当RuTPPCO的掺杂浓度在15%(质量分数)时,器件呈现纯正的红光发射,发射峰位为656nm,器件的效率为0.32cd/A.
Tetraphenylporphyrincarbonyl ruthenium (RuTPPCO) can be used as a red dopant material for the preparation of organic electroluminescent devices using a device structure of [ITO / CuPc / NPB / Alq3: RuTPPCO / LiF / Al] -quinolinolato) aluminum. The Alq3: RuTPPCO co-deposited film was used as the emissive layer. The experimental results show that there is an energy transfer from Alq3 to RuTPPCO in the emissive layer. The influence of RuTPPCO concentration in the doped layer When the doping concentration of RuTPPCO is 15% (mass fraction), the device exhibits a pure red emission with a peak emission of 656 nm and a device efficiency of 0.32 cd / A.
