目的探讨1%阿托品眼膏及凝胶用于儿童验光的最佳时间。方法将112名3~12岁儿童随机分为1%阿托品眼膏组和1%阿托品眼用凝胶组,于点眼3、5、7d测量其屈光度,对所得结果进行统计学分析,分别比较1%阿托品眼膏组和1%阿托品眼用凝胶组以及点眼3、5、7d其睫状肌麻痹作用有无差别。结果1%阿托品眼膏及1%阿托品眼用凝胶用于儿童散瞳验光各组间屈光度差异无显著性(P>0.05);远视组3d与5d屈光度差异有显著性(P<0.05),5d与7d屈光度差异无显著性(P>0.05);近视组3、5、7d各组间屈光度差异均无显著性(P>0.05);散光轴向各组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论1%阿托品眼用凝胶及1%阿托品眼膏用于儿童散瞳验光作用相同,对于静态屈光度为远视的儿童点眼时间不应少于5天,而静态屈光度为近视的儿童点眼3天即可得到准确的屈光度。
Objective To investigate the optimal time for 1% atropine ointment and gel for children’s optometry. Methods One hundred and twelve children aged 3 to 12 years old were randomly divided into 1% atropine ointment group and 1% atropine ophthalmic gel group. The refraction was measured on the 3rd, 5th, 7th day. There was no significant difference in refraction between groups 3, 5 and 7 days in myopia group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the groups in axial astigmatism (P> 0.05). Conclusion 1% atropine eye gel and 1% atropine eye ointment for children with the same effect of mydriasis optometry, static eyelid hyperopic children eye time should not be less than 5 days, and static eyelid myopia children eye 3 days Can get accurate diopter.
