绩效考核是激励职工的重要手段。目前,油田企业在绩效考核工作中还存在诸多问题,譬如对职工的引导方向与理念不明确、缺乏完整的过程、标准与指标设计不科学、没有充分利用考核结果等。为了提高绩效考核的真实效果,企业必须要采取有效的措施应对,构建起方法灵活、内容实用、过程完整、标准合理的绩效考核体系,逐步提高员工对绩效考核的认识,建立健全绩效考核规范运作机制。
Performance appraisal is an important means to motivate employees. At present, there are still many problems in performance appraisal for oilfield enterprises. For example, the guide direction and concept of staff are not clear, the process is incomplete, the design of standards and indicators is unscientific, and the evaluation results are not fully utilized. In order to improve the real effect of performance appraisal, enterprises must take effective measures to deal with them, build up a performance appraisal system with flexible methods, practical contents, complete procedures and reasonable standards, and gradually raise staff’s awareness of performance appraisal, establish and perfect performance appraisal standard operation mechanism.
