本乡在妇幼保健工作中实行乡卫生院、村保健员、乡政府农经站三方合同制,合理地解决了村级保健员的报酬,提高了妇幼保健工作质量。具体作法: 一、由乡卫生院(简称甲方)牵头对村级保健员的工作进行定性、定量、定任务,并负责器材供应、业务技术指导等。二、村保健员(简称乙方) 履行合同规定。三、农经站(简称丙方) 负责督促乙方履行合同和筹集劳务报酬。丙方从筹集款总额中提取3%做为服务费其余交甲方。并协助甲方考评乙方,合格后,按合同付孰。甲方逐月对村级妇幼保健工作进行考核,视每月考核情况,分配给乙方。
