目的:分析冠心病心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗的临床疗效.方法:将80例冠心病心力衰竭患者选择,将常规综合治疗+美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗应用于观察组中,将常规综合治疗应用于对照组中.结果:与对照组进行数据对比,观察组NYHA心功能分级改善情况、LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD及6min步行距离、心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均显著改善,P<0.05.结论:冠心病心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,临床疗效显著.
