我院自1985年5月以来采用弧形导针吻合法治疗外伤性后尿道狭窄B例,术后随访6个月～2年,效果满意,现报道如下。 临床资料 一、一般资料 本组8例均为男性,年龄16～52岁,平均39.5岁。均为外伤致骨盆骨折发生后尿道断裂。病程6个月～1年4例,2～5年3例,>10年1例。全部病例在伤后初期做过尿道会师术,术后因排尿不畅经反复尿道扩张,F10号尿道探子不能通过。入院前后因急性尿潴留做耻骨上膀胱造瘘5例。6例排尿费劲,淋漓不尽,呈点滴状排尿。2例排尿
