依照组织制度的沿革,民国时期的上海律师公会经历了会长制、委员制以及理监事制三个时期,这一制度的演变与当时推崇民主体制的社会背景戚戚相关,并且影响到了国内整个律师界。在财务方面,上海律师公会随着会员人数及其会费的增多,经费不断增加,同时相关财务管理也随之不断地成熟,并且有了比较严格的审计制度。在此期间,上海律师公会通过多次募捐筹集资金,先后购买、建造会所办公楼,整个决策过程比较透明、民主。
In accordance with the evolution of the organizational system, the Shanghai Law Society of the Republic of China experienced three periods, namely presidential system, commission system and supervisory system. The evolution of this system was related to the social background of resisting democratic system at the time, and affected the entire domestic Lawyers. In terms of finance, as the number of members and their membership dues increases, the Shanghai Law Society has seen a steady increase in funding and the related financial management has also become more and more mature with relatively strict auditing systems. During this period, the Shanghai Law Society raised money through repeated fund-raising activities and purchased and built clubhouses. The entire decision-making process is more transparent and democratic.
