目的：分析我院4 191例剖宫产手术指征及相关因素。方法：对2005-01~2009-12剖宫产例进行回顾分析。结果：剖宫产指征分4大因素：胎儿因素1 712例（40.84%）,占第1位（而其中胎儿窘迫为首位

目的：分析我院4 191例剖宫产手术指征及相关因素。方法：对2005-01~2009-12剖宫产例进行回顾分析。结果：剖宫产指征分4大因素：胎儿因素1 712例（40.84%）,占第1位（而其中胎儿窘迫为首位。其次巨大儿、臀位、胎位异常）;社会因素1 019例（24.31%）,成为第2位,并逐年上升;头盆因素及产程异常共565例,（13.48%）;母亲因素760例（12.81%）,疤痕子宫、妊高征、高龄产妇等成为本院剖宫产的主要指征。结论：降低剖宫产率,合理掌握剖宫产指征,在一定程度上可降低剖宫产率。
