介绍了用离子注入技术来强化铍表面的研究工作。试验表明:采用单一能量和分级能量注入N~+等工艺,均在不同程度上提高RJY-40Bc的显微硬度和耐磨性。其中分级能量注入N~+样品(Al_2O_3-Be)的摩擦系数由0.5~6.6降低到0.1~0.3左右,采用表面分析仪,电镜等手段分析了样品的表面成份和结构,并讨论了其强化机制。
The research work of strengthening the surface of beryllium with ion implantation technology is introduced. The results show that the micro-hardness and wear resistance of RJY-40Bc are all improved to some extent by using single energy and graded energy injection of N ~ +. The friction coefficient of graded energy injection N ~ + sample (Al 2 O 3 -Be) decreased from 0.5 ~ 6.6 to 0.1 ~ 0.3. The surface composition and structure of the samples were analyzed by surface analyzer and electron microscope. The strengthening mechanism .
