在流态条件下通电微电解去余氯自来水及其与蒸馏水的稀释液(水力停留时间80s)后,用微电解水杀灭大肠埃希氏菌10min,当总菌落数为2.0×10~6~5.6×10~6个/mL时,微电解去余氯自来水的杀菌率为99.9999%,6种稀释液的杀菌率为99.3%~99.993%,同样条件下,对Na_2SO_4水溶液通电微电解(水力停留时间为5min),该微电解水杀灭大肠埃希氏菌,当接触时间为1~2h、3~4h、6h和20h,总菌落数为1.6×10~6个/mL时,相应获得98.7%、99.3%、99.93%和99.992%的杀菌率;微电解水有持续杀菌作用。
