合成了新型结构的水溶性卟啉 TTPS_4,研究了它与 Hg(Ⅱ)的显色条件并建立了直接分光光度测定汞的方法。汞的浓度在0~12.0μg/10mL 遵守比耳定律。ε_(446)=2.42×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。TTPS,和 Hg(Ⅱ)组成络合物的靡尔比为1:1。用于工业废水中痕量 Hg(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意。
A new structure of water-soluble porphyrin TTPS_4 was synthesized. The conditions of its color development with Hg (Ⅱ) were studied and a direct spectrophotometric method for the determination of mercury was established. Beer’s law is obeyed at mercury concentrations of 0-12.0 μg / 10 mL. ε 446 = 2.42 × 10 -5 L · mol -1 cm -1. The molar ratio of TTPS to Hg (II) is 1: 1. Used in the determination of trace Hg (Ⅱ) in industrial wastewater with satisfactory results.
