随着经济水平的飞速提升,我国的社会主义市场经济也得到了迅速发展。我国企业也面临着新的发展机遇,企业管理中的思想政治工作成为企业发展的重中之重。在企业管理中加入政治思想工作,能够有效辅助企业开展经济工作,增强企业的凝聚力,协调企业中各方矛盾,加强企业管理,从而调动职工的积极性,增强其责任意识,完善企业的管理模式。
With the rapid economic growth, the socialist market economy in our country has also witnessed rapid development. Chinese enterprises are also facing new opportunities for development. The ideological and political work in business management has become the top priority for the development of enterprises. The inclusion of political and ideological work in business management can effectively assist enterprises to carry out economic work, enhance the cohesion of enterprises, coordinate the contradictions among various parties in the enterprise, and strengthen the management of enterprises so as to arouse the enthusiasm of staff and workers, enhance their sense of responsibility and improve the management mode of enterprises.
