目的探讨不同糖耐量患者血清热休克蛋白60(HSP60)浓度的变化及意义。方法选择90例研究对象,根据葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)结果分为正常对照组28例,糖尿病前期(PD)组30例,2型糖尿病(T2DM)组32例。测定其血清HSP60、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINs)等指标,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),并对HSP60与其余指标进行相关分析。结果 PD组和T2DM组的FBG、FINs、Hb A1c、HSP60及HOMA-IR水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。HSP60与FINs、FPG及HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.01)。HOMA-IR是HSP60的独立危险因素(P<0.01)。结论 HSP60可能是一个与炎症反应相关、参与糖尿病发生发展的潜在因素。随着对HSP60及糖尿病发病机制的进一步研究,HSP60可能成为预测糖尿病早期发生的一个新指标。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum heat shock protein 60 (HSP60) in patients with different glucose tolerance. Methods Ninety subjects were divided into two groups according to the results of glucose tolerance test (OGTT): control group (n = 28), pre-diabetes group (n = 30) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (n = 32). The serum HSP60, fasting blood glucose (FBG) and fasting insulin (FINs) were measured to calculate the index of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), and the correlation between HSP60 and other indicators was analyzed. Results The levels of FBG, FINs, Hb A1c, HSP60 and HOMA-IR in PD group and T2DM group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). HSP60 was positively correlated with FINs, FPG and HOMA-IR (P <0.01). HOMA-IR is an independent risk factor for HSP60 (P <0.01). Conclusions HSP60 may be a potential factor involved in the development of diabetes associated with inflammatory response. With the further study on the pathogenesis of HSP60 and diabetes, HSP60 may become a new index to predict the early occurrence of diabetes.
