对绝经后妇女使用双能X线骨密度仪测定腰椎及股骨颈骨密度 ,同时使用放射免疫方法测定血清中性激素和IGF Ⅰ水平。结果显示绝经后骨质疏松患者腰椎、股骨颈骨密度明显低于正常绝经后妇女 ,且伴有雌二醇 (E2 )和IGF Ⅰ的明显下降。骨质疏松的发生与雌激素的下降 ,及其调节的IGF Ⅰ异常改变有关。
Bone mineral density (BMD) of lumbar and femoral neck was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry in postmenopausal women. Serum levels of sex hormone and IGF-Ⅰ were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the BMD of lumbar spine and femoral neck in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis was significantly lower than that in normal postmenopausal women, with a significant decrease of estradiol (E2) and IGF Ⅰ. The occurrence of osteoporosis is associated with the decline of estrogen and the abnormal changes of its regulated IGF Ⅰ.
