目的:建立散寒药茶中桂皮醛的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-5%甲醇溶液(50∶50);流速1 mL·min-1;检测波长290 nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:10μL;分析方法:外标法。结果:桂皮醛在10.0~250.9μg·mL-1范围内线性良好(r=0.9995),精密度RSD为0.72%(n=5),平均回收率为97.34%,RSD为1.84%(n=8)。结论:该方法简便、准确、测得结果稳定重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cinnamaldehyde in the powder of cold-blooded medicine. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of methanol-5% methanol solution (50:50) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 290 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μL. Method: external standard method. Results: Cinnamaldehyde had good linearity (r = 0.9995), RSD 0.72% (n = 5), average recovery of 97.34% and RSD of 1.84% (n = 8) in the range of 10.0-250.9μg · mL- ). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and the result is stable and reproducible. It can be used as quality control method of the preparation.
