高职涉外经贸类专业群人才培养模式总体有两种模式:一种是“1+X”人才培养模式,另一种是“X+1”人才培养模式。这两种人才培养模式的总体框架具有同质共性,即培养的都是复合型涉外经贸高技能人才,但是这两种人才培养模式的培养目标、课程体系构建、师资队伍结构和人才培养专长都有各自的特点。根据涉外行业企业对涉外经贸类专业群“1+X”型人才与“X+1”型人才的评价和要求,需要创新“1+X”型人才与“X+1”型人才培养模式,实行“1+X”型人才与“X+1”型人才培养教学力量的强强联合,达到优势互补。另外,还要深化工学结合,建立涉外经济行业的产学研联盟,实现“教、学、做”一体化,重点培养“1+X”型与“X+1”型人才的终身学习能力、创新创业精神和可持续发展能力。
