世界老龄化步伐日益加快，老龄化的种种问题更加紧迫起来。孝心文化建设作为离退休企业文化的特定形态，是一个具有多维结构的宏观整体。其核心是发自员工内心深处的对离退休职工充满真诚的人文关怀。与通常所讲的服务相比，不仅内容更加宽泛丰富，更重要的是实现了内涵的拓展与价值的升华。
