在2016年上半年,中国对外房地产投资总投资额达到107亿美元。其中,到海外购房买地,已成为中国新富阶层最热衷的投资方式之一。10月13日,2016年“胡润百富榜”榜单揭晓,首次“出海”选择了中国民企海外投资项目马来西亚碧桂园森林城市。这座造价千亿的海上城市,相当于纽约中央公园4倍的面积上将容纳70万人,主要购房群体来自于国内中等收入群体。数据显示,在2016年上半年,中国对外房地产投资总投资额达到107亿美元。其中,到海外购房买地,已成为中国新富阶层最热衷的投资方式之一。
In the first half of 2016, China’s total investment in foreign real estate reached 10.7 billion U.S. dollars. Among them, to buy a house overseas, has become China’s rich new class one of the most keen investment. On October 13, 2016, the “Hurun Report” list was unveiled. For the first time, “Going to the Sea” chose the overseas Chinese private investment project in the Country Garden Forest City of Malaysia. This cost billions of offshore cities, equivalent to 4 times the Central Park in New York will accommodate 700,000 people, the main buyers from the domestic middle-income groups. Data show that in the first half of 2016, China’s total investment in foreign real estate reached 10.7 billion US dollars. Among them, to buy a house overseas, has become China’s rich new class one of the most keen investment.

作为我国经济体制改革的重要组成部分,国有企业混合所有制改革取得了丰硕的成果.但是国有企业引入的非国有股东是否促进了实体经济发展?现有文献尚未给出答案.本文尝试从国有企业金融化视角对该问题进行解答.研究发现,非国有股东委派董事、监事、高管能显著抑制国有企业金融化,但是,若其仅持有股权时,则抑制作用不明显.进一步研究发现,非国有股东委派董事、监事、高管对国有企业金融化的抑制作用在竞争性、地方性和投资机会较多的国有企业更显著.机制检验表明,非国有股东主要通过降低盈余管理和提升主业业绩抑制了国有企业金融化.本研究
