为了总结推广机构社会工作人才队伍建设试点经验,推动社会工作人才队伍建设试点健康快速发展,民政部社会工作司于2010年3月2～3日,在广东省广州市隆重召开了“全国机构社会工作人才队伍建设试点经验交流会”。会议全面总结了机构社会工作人才队伍建设试点做法和成绩,交流了工作经验,分析了存在的问题以及面临的形势和任务,明确了当前和今后一个时期机构社会工作人才队伍建设思路与对策。
