大学生就业难的问题早已成为社会热点问题。如何培养大学毕业生在就业时和就业后继续发展的胜任力是解决该难题的关键。我们依据查阅文献、设计问卷、问卷调查,并运用AHP及因子分析法等,把知识维、技能维、能力维、自身特质维等确立为一级评价指标体系,把专业知识、解决专业问题等23个指标确立为二级评价指标体系,构建了一种更为全面系统的大学生可雇佣性模型,以便为大学生本人、家庭和高校管理者提供可资利用的方位性凭借。
The difficult employment problem of college students has become a hot issue in society. How to train college graduates in employment and post-employment continue to develop competencies is the key to solve the problem. Based on consulting literature, designing questionnaires and questionnaires, we use AHP and factor analysis to establish the first-level evaluation index system of knowledge dimension, skill dimension, capability dimension and self-dimensionality, Twenty-three indicators were established as a two-level evaluation index system, and a more comprehensive and systematic model of the employability of undergraduates was established to provide the university students themselves, their families and college administrators with the available orientation.
