为研究胶合竹I形搁栅梁的受力性能,设计3组共30根不同跨度的胶合竹I形搁栅梁,并在每组试件的不同位置设置指接,采用三等分点处加载的方式对其进行静力试验研究。对胶合竹I形搁栅梁的破坏形态、破坏机理、截面刚度和承载力等进行研究。结果表明:胶合竹I形搁栅梁的跨中截面应变沿梁截面高度基本呈线性分布,符合平截面假定;截面刚度能够满足木工字梁相关规范要求;胶合竹I形搁栅梁的承载力主要由腹板的性能以及腹板和翼缘的指接强度控制。采用加拿大规范CAS 086-01中建议的承载力计算公式,并结合指接处的应力分析,计算得到的试件承载力与试验结果接近。
In order to study the mechanical properties of I-shaped joist with glulam bamboo, three groups of glued bamboo I-joist beams with 30 different spans were designed and three finger points were set at different positions of each specimen Loading method for its static test study. The damage morphology, failure mechanism, cross-section stiffness and bearing capacity of I-joist girders were studied. The results show that the cross-section cross-section strain of I-joist girder with G-shaped joist is linearly distributed along the cross-section of girder, which accords with the assumption of flat section. The section stiffness can meet the requirements of related standard of joist beam. Mainly by the performance of the web and the web and flange finger strength control. Using the formula proposed in CAS 086-01 of Canadian Code, the calculated bearing capacity of the test piece is close to that of the test result, combined with the stress analysis at the finger joint.
