为了掌握南京地区麻疹免疫水平,科学地制订控制和消灭麻疹的有效措施,我们对本市部分县、区不同年龄组人群麻疹免疫水平进行了调查。材料与方法1.调查对象与选点:在建邺区、鼓楼区、白下区、下关区、栖霞区、江宁与江浦县。按麻疹疫苗接种率在90%以上的街道,符合规范要求为调查点。对象:1~7岁均有麻苗接种史记录,大年龄组人群均能回忆起接种麻苗史。采血方法:取手指末梢血的0.3毫升,分离血清,置-20℃低温保存备检。2.方法:用常规微量血凝抑制试验的方法。麻疹血凝素由江苏省防疫站供给,血凝素效价为1:128。致敏猴血球由上海宝山县防疫站提供。
In order to grasp the level of measles immunity in Nanjing and to formulate effective measures to control and eradicate measles in a scientific manner, we investigated the level of measles immunity among people of different age groups in some counties and districts in the city. Materials and Methods 1. Survey target and selection points: In Jianye District, Gulou District, Baixia District, Shimonoseki District, Qixia District, Jiangning County and Jiangpu County. Measles vaccination coverage rate in more than 90% of the streets, in line with regulatory requirements as a survey point. Subjects: 1 to 7-year-old have history of vaccination of seedlings, large age groups can recall the history of vaccination seedlings. Methods of blood collection: take the tip of finger blood 0.3 ml, serum separation, set -20 ℃ cryogenic preservation of the test. 2. Methods: Conventional micro-coagulation inhibition test method. Measles hemagglutinin from the epidemic prevention station in Jiangsu Province, hemagglutinin titer of 1: 128. Sensitized monkey blood cells provided by Shanghai Baoshan County Epidemic Prevention Station.
