目的探讨16层CT血管造影(16SCTA)对主动脉夹层的诊断价值和技术优势。方法对39例主动脉夹层进行16SCTA检查,采用多平面重建(MPR),曲面重建(CPR),容积再现(VR),最大密度投影(MIP)和仿真内镜(VE)多种图像后处理技术,并结合原始横断面增强图像进行综合分析。结果根据DeBakey分型,本组39例主动脉夹层患者中,16SCTA显示Ⅰ型5例、Ⅱ型1例和Ⅲ型33例。显示真假腔39例(100%)、内膜片39例(100%)、内膜破口25例(64.1%)、假腔内血栓17例(43.6%)。结论16SCTA可作为主动脉夹层治疗前首选的影像学检查方法,价值可以肯定。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and technical advantages of 16-slice CT angiography (16SCTA) for aortic dissection. Methods Thirty-nine patients with aortic dissection were examined by 16SCTA. Multiple postprocessing techniques including multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), surface reconstruction (CPR), volume rendering (VR), maximum density projection (MIP) and simulated endoscopy (VE) , Combined with the original cross-sectional enhanced image for comprehensive analysis. Results According to DeBakey classification, in this group of 39 patients with aortic dissection, 16SCTA showed type Ⅰ in 5 cases, type Ⅱ in 1 case and type Ⅲ in 33 cases. 39 cases (100%) showed true and false cavities, 39 cases (100%) of endometrium, 25 cases (64.1%) of endometrial rupture and 17 cases (43.6%) of false lumen thrombosis. Conclusion 16SCTA can be used as a preferred method of imaging before aortic dissection, the value can be sure.
