应用光镜、电镜、细胞生长曲线和同位素技术等方法,研究了大鼠腹腔肥大细胞(PMC)及PMC上清(含PMC释放的介质)对培养的同源肺成纤维细胞(LFb)生长的影响。结果表明,实验组LFb呈复层生长,H-TdR掺入量和细胞密度均明显大于对照组(P<0.001)。提示PMC释放的活性介质可能含有促进LFb增生的因子。
The effects of peritoneal mast cells (PMC) and supernatant of PMC (medium containing PMC release) on the growth of cultured lung fibroblasts (LFb) were studied by light microscopy, electron microscopy, cell growth curve and isotope techniques. influences. The results showed that LFb in the experimental group grew in multiple layers, and the amount of H-TdR incorporation and cell density were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.001). This suggests that the active mediator released by PMC may contain factors that promote the proliferation of LFb.
