目的：通过对血液非正常报废原因（脂肪、凝块、不足量、破损、溶血、絮状物）统计分析，找出影响因素，降低血液非正常报废率。方法：利用一年来血液非正常报废的数据进行统计分析。结果：对于避免脂肪血一定要加强采前咨询，尤其是饮食、用药、休息等方面；对于避免凝块、不足量、破损、溶血和絮状物一定要按照操作规程进行采血。结论：通过对血液非正常报废原因汇总分析，加强责任心，严格按操作规程操作，避免血液资源浪费。“,”Objective :through the blood of non normal scrap (fat ,clot ,shortage ,damage ,hemolysis ,floc) statistical analysis ,find out the factors influencing abnormal scrap rate ,reduce blood .Methods :using a years blood abnormal scrap of data for statistical analysis .Re-sults :to avoid fat blood must strengthen pre harvest consulting ,especially diet ,medication ,rest and so on ;to avoid clot ,shortage ,dam-age ,hemolysis and floc must be collected in accordance with the operating rules .Conclusion :the blood abnormal scrap collection and analy-sis ,strengthen the sense of responsibility ,in strict accordance with the rules of operation ,to avoid the waste of blood resources .
