There are four types of anti-anginal drugs that are currently effective: nitrates, beta-blockers, calcium antagonists and amiodarone. This article aims to discuss some of the problems with calcium antagonists in the treatment of angina. Mechanism of action There are 10 kinds of calcium antagonist, only verapamil, nifedipine, sulfur nitrogen (艹 Zhuo) ketone three for clinical use. Early thought that calcium antagonists selectively inhibit Ca ~ (++) influx into cells. In recent years, it is believed that the main role is to block the release of Ca ~ (++) in intracellular reservoirs. In vitro arterial tests showed that low concentrations (10 ~ (-8) M) mainly block Ca ~ (++) influx into cells
