EPROM是半导体存储器中的一种,作为具有记忆功能的器件,通常被用于计算机中。但是EPROM的作用并非仅限于此。如果给EPROM配上一些简单的辅助电路,就可以构成定时顺序控制器。EPROM由地址译码器、存储体、控制及驱动电路三部分构成(如图1所示)。存储体内有许多存储单元,每个单元可存放八位状态。当在地址线A_0~A_1上给出一组状态后,地址译码器对地址信号译码,给出一个选择信号,在存储体内选中一个单元。
EPROM is a type of semiconductor memory that is commonly used in computers as a memory-capable device. But the role of EPROM is not limited to this. If the EPROM coupled with some simple auxiliary circuit, you can form a timing controller. EPROM from the address decoder, memory bank, control and drive circuit is composed of three parts (shown in Figure 1). There are many memory cells in the memory bank, and each cell can store eight bits. When a set of states is given on address lines A_0 ~ A_1, the address decoder decodes the address signal, giving a selection signal and a cell in the memory bank.
