针对大飞机上常用的四轮并列式起落架,给出了飞机在着陆准稳态阶段,其起落架焊接主起轮轴的受载数学模型。以伊尔-76飞机为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,模拟了其机轮着陆过程中焊接主起轮轴受力状况。结果表明,主起轮轴上两道焊缝处应力最大,断裂几率最高,最先着陆机轮的轴颈处由于受到循环载荷作用,易发生疲劳断裂。
Aiming at the commonly used four-wheeled side-by-side landing gear on large aircraft, the mathematical model of loading of landing gear on the landing axle of the aircraft during landing is given. Taking Il-76 aircraft as the research object, finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the stress state of the welding main axle during the landing of the wheel. The results show that the two welds on the main axle have the highest stress and the highest probability of rupture, and the fatigue of the first landing gear on the journal of the landing gear due to cyclic loading.
