目的:探讨肿瘤微血管形成能力与膀胱移行细胞癌复发的关系及机制。方法:采用免疫组化的方法对42例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的第Ⅷ因子相关抗原,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)及血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)分别进行特异染色,记数肿瘤内微血管密度(MVD),并观察bFGF、VEGF的表达。结果:VEGF和bFGF的阳性表达率分别为:59.5%和40.5%,MVD阳性表达组显著高于阴性表达组(P<0.05),术后复发组显著高于未复发组(P<0.05),且高MVD组复发率高于低MVD组(P<0.05)。结论:MVD与膀胱移行细胞癌复发有关,而且血管形成因子的异常表达是其微血管形成能力增高的重要因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between tumor microvessel formation and recurrence of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and its mechanism. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to stain specific factor Ⅷ, bFGF and VEGF in 42 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma Tumor microvessel density (MVD) and the expression of bFGF and VEGF were observed. Results: The positive rates of VEGF and bFGF were 59.5% and 40.5%, respectively. The positive rates of VEGF and bFGF in MVD positive group were significantly higher than those in negative group (P <0.05). The recurrence group was significantly higher than that in non - recurrence group (P <0.05) The relapse rate of high MVD group was higher than that of low MVD group (P <0.05). Conclusions: MVD is related to the recurrence of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder, and the abnormal expression of angiogenic factors is an important factor for the increased angiogenesis.
