随着我国改革开放制度的深入和发展,我国行政事业单位的财务管理体系也在不断地改进和完善。为了适应市场的发展和人们的需求,行政事业单位的财务管理方法和管理模式也在不断更新,行政事业单位财务管理工作的要求越来越高,工作强度也越来越大,在这种情况下,我国行政事业单位实行了全面预算管理的管理方法和体系,这在一定程度上解决了我国行政事业单位的管理问题。但是由于行政事业单位全面预算管理体系还不是很健全,使得其在管理过程中存在一些问题。文章就这些问题进行分析并提出一些改进方法,希望能够有所帮助。
With the deepening and development of the system of reform and opening up in our country, the financial management system of administrative units in our country is also constantly improving and perfecting. In order to meet the development of the market and people’s needs, the financial management methods and management models of administrative institutions are constantly updated, the requirements of financial management of administrative units are getting higher and higher, and the work intensity is also getting bigger and bigger. In this situation Under the circumstances, our country’s administrative institutions have implemented the management method and system of overall budget management, which to some extent solved the administrative problems of our administrative institutions. However, due to the fact that the comprehensive budget management system of administrative units is not yet sound, some problems exist in the management process. The article analyzes these problems and puts forward some improvements, hoping to be helpful.
