对于房地产而言,它是影响一个国家经济发展的重要支柱,也是关系着老百姓是否能够安居乐业的一项民生工程。伴随着经济的不断发展以及生活水平的不断提高,人们对于衣食住行的要求更高,住房已经成为人们生活中必不可少的物质保障。在经济市场化的大背景下,住房俨然已经成为一种商品,不再是政府分配的福利。实现住房商品化不仅有很多优点,同时还有很多缺点,它一方面能够激励人们不断提高工作效率和动力,另一方面给经济困难群体带来很多的困扰。
For real estate, it is an important pillar that affects the economic development of a country. It is also a livelihood project that concerns whether people can live and work in peace and contentment. With the continuous development of the economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, people are more demanding of food, clothing and shelter, and housing has become an indispensable material guarantee in people’s lives. In the context of economic marketization, housing has become a commodity as if it were no longer a government-allocated welfare. Realizing the commercialization of housing not only has many advantages, but also has many shortcomings. On the one hand, it can encourage people to continuously improve work efficiency and motivation, and on the other hand, it brings a lot of troubles to the economically disadvantaged groups.
